TED - Shimon Schocken

This talk by Shimon Schocken is one of the TED TALKS I have enjoyed most. I find that creating a  computer from scratch and learning the basics of how stuff works is so pleasing. I remember my first year in architecture school when we studied the greatest architects of the 20th century. There was a guy called Mendelson who made some iconic department stores on the 20's for a brand called Schocken wich was precisely founded by Simons grandfather. here a gallery of Drawings and pics of Mendelson's  architecture for the Schocken department stores.
